Finally my orderd PCB's from jlcpcb.com are here. They have a very good quality for my prototype and with these PCB's I save a lot of time in wireing Today I soldered the most parts in place. It took me a while, why the LED^s didn't work, but there is an error in my design A … Continue reading First test of my RTC Multiplexer
New PCB Order For My Multiplexer
Just ordered new PCB's for an idea. Start to build it on perfboard, but it was boring, so I decided to design PCB's. This time I tried jlcpcb.com. Let's check the quality. Normally they should reach my destination next week an I will post the result here.
RTC 3231 first time use
Now that the shift register works, I connect a real time clock module to the Arduino. After a few fails, the RTC finally works. I changed the clock output to a 12 hour clock, an put the output on an LCD. In the next step,I used the 32bit shift register to make a binary watch. … Continue reading RTC 3231 first time use
Shift Register
A few years ago I created a PCB for a 32 Led shift register, but I never finished it. Now for a new idea it is needed, so I solderd it together. It took me a while to understand how to configure the code for four 74HC595 shift registers in Arduino, but after a … Continue reading Shift Register
