Today I tried to build a light badge. I use 3mm mdf wood, a CR2032 and a rgb LED slow color changer.

It turned out not to bad 🙂

Like always, the 3D design in Sketchup 8.0, to check if it could fit together

The middle part is glued to the back. The front of the 3mm LED was sanded off so that the light becomes diffuser. Insert a CR2032 between the LED wires (check polarity) an it blinks.

Screwed the 3 part with 3 M1,2 screws together. It should work for 4-6 hours.

And the finished Light Badge
